On March 19, 2026, Great Place To Work® officially released its Best Workplaces Philippines List for 2026. The recognition was divided into three separate categories: small, medium, and large companies.
Virtua Solutions Outsourcing was among the organizations recognized in the small company category. Out of 15 organizations in this group, Virtua earned the 7th spot. Each company went through a detailed assessment process that included employee feedback and a thorough review of workplace culture.
Based on the Great Place To Work model, which measures a strong workplace through three key relationships: trust between employees and leadership, pride in the work people do, and camaraderie within teams, these elements show how employees experience the company day to day.
This recognition reflects Virtua’s continued effort to build and maintain a people-first culture. Since starting in 2017 with only one client and three agents, Virtua has grown significantly. Today, the company has 80 diverse agents and continues to serve as a trusted outsourcing solutions provider for businesses across different industries.
