Participants tracked their progress using the StepUp app, with steps from everyday activities contributing to the team total.
By the end of the challenge, employees had collectively recorded 2.97 million steps, nearly three times the original goal.
The achievement unlocked Virtua’s planned donation to Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home.
