It was a big day for us here at Virtua Solutions as we inaugurated our new physical office last June 24, 2025!
A Dream Come True For Virtua Solutions
The excitement was contagious from the moment we arrived. Operations Manager Donn Barrera led us on an enthusiastic tour of our new space. The place is quite spacious and certainly very cozy – making it an ideal space for productivity and collaboration.
The real highlight came during the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Everyone was all smiles about Virtua’s latest milestone. And none was happier than our co-CEO, Penn Camille Lat.
In her speech during the ceremony, Penny said that the opening has always been a dream for her and co-founder Francis Guintu since they started Virtua Solutions 8 years ago.
“This is our very first office, and it’s a big milestone for us.”
She went on to say that she and Francis are hoping that there are more to come for the company as it grows.
Penny and Francis started Virtua Solutions in 2017 as a three-person team to work with some of their previous clients as freelancers. Through the duo’s tireless efforts, it has since grown into a one hundred-strong team serving clients in various countries across the globe.
Since 2017, Virtua Solutions has grown from a modest three-person freelance team to our current powerhouse of one hundred dedicated professionals. Through Penny and Francis’s tireless efforts and unwavering vision, the company now proudly serves global clients.
A Place To Meet Clients
The timing for this office couldn’t be more perfect. While our fully remote setup served us well throughout our eight-year run, our leadership recognized the growing need for a permanent space where clients can personally meet the teams they hire.
The new office will initially house an initial team of 14 agents and their leaders. There are also exciting expansion plans as more clients come in the future.
The company also plans to use the office as a hub for employee activities.
And we decided to put the latter to the test right there with a mini celebration!
Tasty afternoon snacks and drinks were overflowing, and everyone had our fill. Everyone enthusiastically participated in photo sessions throughout our cozy new home – the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that every shot captured our genuine happiness.
At the inauguration’s close, Penny expressed hope that this office marks the beginning of even bigger achievements for our company.
