As a growing company, Virtua is now past the 100-employee mark.
And it’s a diverse bunch! A large section of our crew is in the provinces across the country, some as far as Cebu or Davao. A few of our agents are even based in other countries, making us truly international.

That diversity is exciting, as we have a lot of opportunities to learn from different people.

One of the biggest challenges we have is how to bring everyone closer. As a company running on a fully remote setup, we don’t have plenty of time to meet in person. This can arguably create a disconnect between team members.
We also have to face the task of dealing with many different personalities. Each of these personalities brings something new to the table. We have to find the right approach to bring these personalities together and make them successfully team up.
There is also the challenge of dealing with conflicts. The diverse personalities mean that a clash is inevitable at some point. The challenge lies in resolving these conflicts satisfactorily and ensuring they never happen again.
