Virtua Outsourcing Solutions marked another milestone as it celebrated its fourth anniversary of providing the best in staffing and other outsourcing solutions. The company looked back at all its achievements as they take a glimpse at a bigger and better Virtua in the future.
Virtua’s Humble Beginnings
In his message to employees, Virtua founder Francis Guintu reminisced about the company’s humble beginnings. According to him, all his and co-founder Penn Camille Lat’s efforts have paid off. He added that seeing the company as it is now makes him more optimistic about its future.
The two started Virtua in 20117 with just a handful of agents. They said that establishing the company was the biggest move they have made in their careers. Both have been in the business processing industry for more than a decade. According to them, that experience has helped them transition from agents into heads of their own company.
Virtua Outsourcing’s first clients were companies that were referred to Frank and Penny by people they have previously worked with. They both agree that this was another boost for the company. According to the two, the positive words of these former colleagues helped convince these initial clients to put their trust in Virtua. For that, Frank and Penny said that they will always be grateful to these people.
From there, Virtua attracted more clients. The initial small team of agents has also grown into several departments, each catering to a specific client.
Going Through The Challenging 2020
But like other companies, Virtua faced a challenging 2020. With the COVID-19 pandemic raging, the company had to rethink its operations. However, their experience in the freelancing scene made it easier to implement changes.
One of things that helped Virtua through the year was the decision to go fully remote from the start. Penny said that the team welcomed that decision. According to her, some of the members were even thankful, as it helped them to stay close to their families during the pandemic.
Penny expressed her gratitude that the company didn’t lose any of its contracts during the pandemic. That helped the company keep the various teams intact. She also expressed her surprise that Virtua actually got more clients during the time.
Looking Forward To The Next Four Years Of Virtua
With all the development in the company, Virtua’s founders are thankful for all the effort everyone made. Penny said that they would not be able to accomplish everything without the help of everyone in the company.
Frank echoed his co-founder’s statement. “I’m always grateful that everyone in the team is so connected despite working across different accounts and different work schedules.” He believes that it was one of the key ingredients that really helped the company pull through.
And the two are optimistic that the company is off to another great four years. “I am looking forward to another year filled with smart work, intention, and, most importantly, fun,” Penny said gleefully. For his part, Frank teased that the company has more in store for its clients.
