We have recently earned the Great Place to Work® Certification™, and now, we are taking things up a notch by showcasing the kind of camaraderie we have.
Since Virtua Solutions Outsourcing’s launch in 2017, we have operated in a fully remote setup, and now have a dedicated office where we can meet our clients. As we enter our ninth year as an organization, our work-from-home employees show that real-life social interaction is not limited to onsite interactions.
As part of demonstrating our fun, relaxed culture, we organized a contest in January called The Great Home Office Hunt, open to all active Virtua employees in a work-from-home or hybrid setup, inviting them to share a glimpse of their WFH workstation.
Joining The Great Home Office Hunt – The Mechanics

Qualifying for the contest is not rocket science, but Virtua employees who are interested in joining MUST follow these rules and conditions:
- WFH Workstation Photo
- Virtua Story Caption
We appreciate authenticity, so the photo and caption must be real, not AI-generated, in terms of the background, to highlight our employees’ stories behind their poses.
The Selection Process
As each entry has its own merits, we narrowed down our selection based on these criteria for judging:
- Personality (40%)
- Functionality (30%)
- “Virtua Story” Caption (30%)
Entries were submitted on January 30, 2026, and out of the 9 participants, three will be chosen to take home the grand prizes.
Let’s take a sneak peek at these entries:

The Results Are In
The waiting game is finally over. After careful deliberation, we have finally selected the winners of The Great Home Office Hunt.
While all participants did a fantastic job in transforming their workspaces into a compelling story with photos that captivate and inspire, we have to choose 3 that stood out.
Congratulations to our winners!
1st Place: Louisse Angela Montemayor
2nd Place: Shaune Basilonia

3rd Place: Timothy John Gonzales

All entries will also receive a reward. We would like to thank our participants for their creativity in their captions and photos.
