Last January 22nd, Virtua Solutions leaders from all departments participated in an Executive Briefing on Generative AI (or GenAI) by Mr. Ligot to get an overview of what GenAI is and how it can help and disrupt the way teams do their work.
In the 2-hour online session, the fundamentals of Gen AI were tackled as well as its applications in various departmental functions.
An AI training would not be complete without discussing ethics and safety.
During this part of the training, concerns spanning different realms of life were tackled such as copyright, deep fakes, inaccuracies, and fake news. The most common implications of GenAI were also discussed, along with the basics of Prompt Engineering to maximize GenAI’s capabilities.
The Empowered Workforce and Smarter Work
Weeks after the Executive Briefing, the entire Virtua Solutions team – including our clients’ team members – underwent a two-day AI Prompt Engineering sessions with Mr. Ligot.
In these sessions, Mr. Ligot ran through the basics of GenAI so the team can have an overview of how it works and why Prompt Engineering matters. The sessions were focused on ChatGPT primarily, but other AI tools such as Gemini, Co-pilot, Perplexity, and ChatPDF.
The rest of the sessions was all about the different frameworks or prompting structures that will enable our team members to get the output they need from these AI tools. From Zero-Shot Frameworks such as Chain of Thought, Role-Task-Format, and Before-After-Bridge to RAG, Framework and Role Prompting, and Flipped Interactions, the team unlocked a whole host of potential in their AI tools to help them with process streamlining and productivity.
Image generation and analysis was also taught, eliciting amazement from the Virtua Solutions team.
These frameworks were emphasized to be used to make our work smarter and our workforce empowered in technological advancements.
