What started out as a way to navigate shifting priorities as a mother became an exploration of a true calling: from freelancing to co-founding and leading an outsourcing business.

With over 15 years of experience, Penn Camille Lat specializes in managing and overseeing remote operations, while creating and improving support processes and systems. Her expertise lies in customer relationship management, online marketing, lead generation, and sales. Penny holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Process Mapping, and Design Thinking – all of which enable her to optimize workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Outside her professional life, Penny is deeply passionate about personal development, mindfulness, women empowerment, leadership, building teams, and giving back to the community.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines, where she graduated Cum Laude.
