Our reach spans the globe and we are trusted worldwide, with clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia.
Virtua is 100 strong and still growing. We wish to give Filipinos the opportunity to work on an international level without having to leave the country or even their homes. By doing this, we hope to improve the quality of life of our employees while giving the best service to our clients.

The Founders
PENN CAMILLE LAT
Throughout her over a decade’s worth of experience in Sales and Customer Service , Penn has been described as “an asset”, “a powerful worker” that “exceeds goals” and “a great person to work with” by her clients and peers.
In her current role as the lead of Contactually’s support arm, she was instrumental in establishing the support team, from a one-person team to a 15-member crew. She championed several service improvement plans such as the creation of the service support knowledgebase and the onboarding process for new joiners
She graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines which is one of the top universities in the country.
FRANCIS GUINTU
Francis has more than 10 years of professional experience in the industry with over 50+ successful contracts through various freelance platforms and with direct clients. He is also a top rated freelancer in Upwork with a top rated Agency.
He started his career by specializing in customer service and sales. His career spans many roles including Subject Matter Expert, Product Trainer and Training Supervisor in one of the Philippines’ leading Contact Centers.
