We will review the workload and your requirements. If you need someone full-time, then we will provide a full-time employee dedicated to you. However, depending on the role (such as a Virtual Assistant) and the workload, some staff can be shared with other clients.
First we will need to get a draft of a job description and understand your requirements. We will then start posting on job searching platforms and social media to start the sourcing processes. Once we short list candidates, we’ll do our own round of interviews then proceed to giving them assessments. Afterwards, you can opt to have us do the final interview or do it yourself. Once you have chosen a candidate, we will draw up a job offer and contract for you to approve and sign. Lastly, we will extend the offer and contract to the chosen candidate and start their onboarding process.
There are multiple factors to consider in hiring timelines, such as the years of experience required as well as the specialization requirements. On average, our process takes about 2-6 weeks. For a technical support role, it takes 3-4 weeks.
We have policies and procedures in place for Data Privacy and Information Security. We have a Data Privacy Officer and we follow the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012. However, we also follow your own Data Privacy and Information Security policies, if you have any.
Your outsourced staff with Virtua follows your holidays to determine operations, regardless if it is a holiday in the Philippines. However, it must be noted that your staff will get holiday premiums as dictated by Philippine labor laws. Our internal operations have limited availability on December 24-25, 31, and January 1. But if you need support during these days, we can still accommodate.
We charge no hidden fees ever! Your monthly invoice will have a breakdown of the charges you incurred within the period, none of which are hidden from you.
